What the insurers want to know is a brief explanation of what you want it for, because quite often the Rotarians idea of what is covered is very different to the insurance company.

We are keen to help you and work with you, but to simply ring up and ask or email. A certificate of currency is not good enough - some basic information gives the underwriter an indication of whether or not it is covered and if they want more information then they will come back to us and we will in turn get back to you and get the matter sorted.
